The KIMA NR series is our replicated version of Warman AH and AHR series. The NR line is fully interchangeable with the AH series and offered to match the majority of Warman’s material standards in terms of both metals and elastomers. In addition, KIMA offers a wide range of material options for creative application of the parts.

We offer a complete range up to 20x18 sizes.

For firms interested in investment-casted slurry pump parts, KIMA is proud to offer investment-casted versions of selected smaller slurry pump components.  As with all of our products, we take great pride in the quality of our slurry pumps and parts.

The KIMA HH series is our replicated version of Warman HH series. Available in all sizes.

The KIMA L series is our replicated version of Warman L series. Available in sizes 250-550.

The KIMA SR series is our replicated version of Warman SP and SPR line. Available in sizes up to 250.

Vertical Centrifugal Slurry Pumps Features: The pump features sufficient rigidity for pump shaft in liquid parts, without any bearing between impeller and pump body, and medium containing a larger concentration of solid particles can be conveyed without any help of shaft seal. Pump is inserted into 800mm ~ 1900mm in liquid, if required, suction pipe can be equipped. Transmission is installed by vertical electric motors in the seat of the motor which is connected to the pump with the coupling. From the motor direction, the pump rotates clockwise.
Vertical Centrifugal Slurry Pumps Note: Stop the pump when the sucked slur is lower than pump body. Otherwise the shaft will swing, which will damage the bearing if it runs for long time. It requires no any shaft seal and seal water, and can work properly even in the condition of inadequate intake volume.
Vertical Centrifugal Slurry Pumps Material: S Series slurry pump body is made of wear-resisting metal, while impeller is made of wear-resistant metal or rubber, polyurethane materials. SR Series Slurry pump’s components in the liquid parts are lined with rubber. It’s suitable for conveying corrosive slurry.
Vertical Centrifugal Slurry Pumps Application: Vertical Centrifugal slurry pump is mainly used for environmental protection, new construction materials, coal washing, municipal engineering, power station, gas & coking plants, oil refineries, steel mills, mining and other sectors; It can also be used as chemical and pharmaceutical industries with sediment suction fluid slag material and corrosive liquids.
